For Companies

Annual Return (Form MGT-7)

i) Due Date Within 60 days from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

ii) Purpose To disclose information about the company's directors, shareholders, and other key details.

Financial Statements (Form AOC-4)

i) Due Date Within 30 days from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

ii) Purpose To file the audited financial statements, including the balance sheet, profit and loss account, director's report, and auditor's report.

Income Tax Return (ITR)

i) Due Date On or before the due date for filing income tax returns, generally by September 30th of the assessment year.

ii) Purpose To report the company's income, financial transactions, and tax liability.

For LLPs

Annual Return (Form 11)

i)Due Date Before 30th May of each financial year.

ii)Purpose To provide details about the LLP's partners, contribution, and various other compliances.

Financial Statements (Form 8)

i) Due Date Within 30 days from the end of six months of the financial year.

ii)Purpose To file the audited financial statements, including the balance sheet, profit and loss account, and auditor's report.

Income Tax Return (ITR)

i) Due Date On or before the due date for filing income tax returns, generally by July 31st of the assessment year.

ii) Purpose To report the LLP's income, financial transactions, and tax liability.
